My Guiding Principle:

“I, as an intuitive guide, spiritual coach, and astrological consultant undertake to provide you with information and guidance from the highest source, which may assist you on your journey. I respect your free will and how you express and experience that choice. While providing guidance and options, I will never judge you nor tell you how to live your life."

Psychic Readings and Consultations   
Psychic readings and consultations by myself are, by their nature, subjective and are a very personal experience between myself and the questioner. I am an experienced and genuine professional reader who acts in the best interests of the client to provide the service requested by the client. No complete guarantees can be given for information supplied, but all information is supplied in good faith.
No refund will be given for readings as they are for guidance only.

Payments      

All payments for readings, reports, classes, workshops, and/or services must be made prior to an appointment for a booking to be confirmed. 

Appointments    

Clients wanting an Appointment for a Reading or Consultation will be emailed within 72 hours after payment is received to confirm preference for a recorded, emailed, telephone, or Skype reading.  Clients requesting Astrological and/or Numerology Consultations will need to provide relevant information before an appointment can be confirmed.  If for any reason one of the above options is unavailable within 72 hours then an alternative will be offered and any monies refunded if the reader is unavailable.

Cancellations            

Cancellations for Skype appointments must be made within 12 hours of appointment time to receive a refund or to reschedule. Any cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will result in no refund.  Should you wish to reschedule full payment will be due for the new reading. If the reader needs to cancel at any time the client is within their rights to ask for a refund. 

Refunds                     

Refunds are not applicable after a reading has taken place.

Zoom/Skype Calls              

In the event of a faulty internet connection, I will try to connect with you for 10 mins within your reading time slot, if unable to connect with you, and the fault is on your end, the full payment will still be due, and a further payment will be due when rescheduling.

Email Readings        

A client may ask for clarification within a reading.  Clarification questions can be emailed and efforts will be made to respond within 72 hours.  Extra or additional questions or report information will require that another session be booked.

Time Zones
Please make allowances for different country time zones as in some cases replies may take longer.

To generate an accurate Astrology Report you will need to provide the following information.

1. FULL Name

2. Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)

3. Location of Birth (City, State, Country)

4. Current Location (City, State)

5. Time of Birth (AM or PM) *
   * Unknown birth time may require purchase of Rectification Report.

6. Time Frame/Beginning and Ending Dates (if applicable)

Note: Charts, reports, and readings will not be generated until this required information is received.

Required Information - Numerology

To generate an accurate Numerology Chart you will need to provide the following information. 

1. FULL Name as it appears on your birth certificate (First Name, Middle Name(s), Last Name at birth)

2. Name currently using

3. Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)

4. Time Frame / Beginning and Ending Dates (if applicable)
    

NOTES:

• Charts, reports, and readings will not be generated until this required information is received. 

• Astrological Reports require additional information of Exact Time of Birth and Location of Birth.
